A Landscape Design can start from $800.00 - $1,500.00 per view. “Per View” means the front yard as one view and the back yard as another. Generally the front and backsides are included unless the property is extremely large and each ‘side’ is as big as an entire yard. This fee is based on what is considered a ‘normal-sized’ yard (approximately 40’ x 70’). Your yard may be quite a bit larger or you may have a ‘normal’ sized yard but want to include many design elements such as out-door fireplace/kitchen, terracing, pond, pool, spa, etc., the design fee will be based on all of the information given.

The fee for working with Kimberly Marshall starts at $800.00 per view (front yard one view, back yard another view).

Kimberly is also available on a consultation basic which runs $75.00 per hour.

The fee for working with Roberta Walker starts at $1,500.00 per view (front yard one view, back yard another view).

Roberta is also available on a consultation basis and her fee is $175.00 per hour.

Roberta is currently working on a book about Landscape Renovation, based on the years of experience in this field.
